The 1RM Pec Fly / Rear Delt Pin Loaded Machine is a versatile machine designed to designed to target both the chest (pectoral) and rear deltoid muscles by facilitating smooth, controlled movements for chest fly exercises and reverse fly exercises. It allows you to isolate and strengthen the chest, shoulders, and upper back, promoting balanced upper body development and improved posture. As one of the fundamental strength training pieces of equipment in gyms today it offers users a dual form of training for precise upper body workouts/upper body strength.

This machine features dual pillow block bearings for smooth movement and a multi angle pad for additional isolation support.  The pop-pin adjustment system makes it simple to convert the machine from one setting to another, not only adding variety to training but giving users the ability to complete supersets without having to change machines.
