A panel of suppliers has been set up and assessed by the Department of Education in order to provide schools with a range of sporting products at competitive pricing, available only through this panel. The panel is mandatory for Victorian metro schools and optional for regional schools.
Complete and submit the form below. We'll review and validate your application, then add you to our panel segment.
The next time you log into the website, you'll notice your prices are now cheaper than the regular retail pricing - in some cases by up to 25%.
If you're a metro Melbourne school - you'll never pay delivery on an order, and if you're outside of metro Melbourne, you'll never pay more than $150 postage
Orders can be placed online (following approval of your account), via email or phone, or by attending our store and paying using a school purchasing card.
All approved school accounts will operate on credit terms. Simply provide an official school purchase order identifying the following:
- Purchase order number
- School and supplier details
- Required products and quantity
- Delivery location
If purchasing in store, payment is accepted via a school purchase card.
Yes. You are welcome to purchase product in store. You will receive the same discounted pricing.

We specialise in gym fitouts and refurbishments and have worked with many schools in the past – helping them to build the future of education health and fitness facilities. Our expert team with work with you to design a space that optimises your space and budget.
