1RM Ebony Functional Trainer Rack.

The 1RM Ebony Functional Trainer Rack offers limitless training options in the one compact unit. With a built-in squat rack, and offering two 2:1 ratio 80kg or 130kg selectorised weight stacks with 2000lb rated tensile strength cables and sealed bearing machines aluminium pulleys, it's perfect for any environment where strength and quality are demanded.

Features include matte black textured powder coated steel frame, aircraft steel cables, and high quality machined aluminium pulley wheels. The little details also count with easy to adjust anodised aluminium pop pins, a magnetic selector pin with spring cables and band pegs for adding those incremental gains. 

With the top four weight plates weighing 2.5kg, and the remaining plates weighing 5kg, it's suitable for all lifters from beginner to experienced.

The included J-Hooks feature a heavy duty steel frame construction with matte-black, textured powder-coat for maximum durability. With High density polyethylene (HDPE) J inserts and black plastic inserts to protect your bar and rig uprights. A simple push and twist design with no locking pins required, they can be added a removed as required.

The package includes 8 plate storage pegs, 1 barbell storage unit and an accessory pegboard, all fitted to the rack to maximise floorspsace. 

Also included is a lat pulldown seat that clips onto the front of the rack, a row footrest to use for seated rows (in conjunction with the included bench), and a bespoke lower rear crossmember to store these. 

To get the most of the the cable machine functionality of the rack, included is a pair of stirrup handles, a tricep rope, clsoe grip triangle, a tricep pressdown bar and a set of 5 easy grip back attachments, all that can be comfortably stored on the included pegboard.

Other Considerations:

Space Required. Please note you need a minimum ceiling clearance of 2.6m for installation. It is recommended around 2.9m to 3m ceiling clearance to have full functionality overhead for barbell work and bar muscle ups. 

Installation. This 1RM Ebony Functional Trainer Rack needs to be mounted to the floor. It can be fixed to a floor or structural surface using M12 or M16 size dynabolts / concrete screws (not supplied). Each foot requires four screws. The method used to install the uprights is dependent on the floor they are being affixed to and your preferred method. Any M12 or M16 fixing 75mm or longer is suitable for the intended purpose of functional training depending on the thickness of the flooring.

If you cannot bolt the unit down, it is recommended that you purchase a pair of 1RM Stubby Feet to install on the front of the unit.

1RM Commercial Flat Incline Bench

The 1RM Commercial Flat Incline Bench (1RM-CFI) is a heavy duty, commercial grade, fully adjustable bench, perfect for home or commercial use.

An extremely strong, stable and portable platform, the 1RM adjustable bench has double powdercoat, double stitched seams, rubber coated grip handles and precision welding. Coupled with high density foam in the backrest that will not bottom out during your workout, and a simple, old school design that allows flat to incline via smooth bearing rotation, you'll never need another bench.
