The 360 Strength 40kg Classic Rubber Hex Dumbbells are fixed-weight dumbbells designed for general strength training in home gyms and low-volume commercial training environments. Each dumbbell weighs 40kg and is supplied as a pair.
Features
Each dumbbell uses a one-piece forged construction designed for regular strength training. The fixed construction keeps the dumbbell simple, with no plates, collars or adjustment mechanisms required between exercises.
The weighted heads are encased in heavy-duty rubber to reduce noise and help limit damage to both the dumbbell and training surface during normal use. Their hexagonal shape creates flat sides that prevent the dumbbells from freely rolling when placed on the floor, making them easier to position between sets and during floor-based exercises.
The chrome contour handle is shaped to sit naturally through the centre of the hand and uses soft-to-medium knurling to provide additional grip without the more aggressive feel of heavily knurled strength equipment.
Each dumbbell features embossed kilogram weight identification for quick selection from a rack or training area.
