The 1RM Rack Mounted Utility Pad can be used for rows or flys using a barbell, dumbbells, kettlebells, power bags or cable machine. This unit has four adjustment angles and can support arms, legs, head, or back for added stability during a multitude of pressing and pulling movements. 

Finished in a textured matte black powdercoat, the attachment includes commercially rated vinyl wrapping a high density foam pad with timber backing (no trim to come loose or fall off), and HDPE plastic lining in the catch to protect your rig or rack.
