William Ruthven Secondary College, located in Reservoir, Victoria, approached Little Bloke Fitness early 2023 in regards to creating a new gym space for their students. Having recently been allocated a small space within the school, the teachers within the physical education department were keen to get things moving forward as soon as possible.
The area measured approximately 20sqm and had already been floored prior to engaging with LBF. The brief was simple – the teaching staff wanted to create a clever and effective strength and conditioning training space to allow them to provide a well rounded program for their students.
Everything was carefully chosen to suit the compact requirements of this facility whilst being able to provide maximum versatility. This included our 1RM commercial squat rack with multi grip chin bar and plate storage with a commercial flat incline bench, barbell and bumper plates to suit. Also included is the Inspire Functional Trainer, 2 x Pure Design Air Bikes and a range of functional equipment including rubber hex dumbbells, slam balls, power bands, skipping ropes, boxing gloves & mitts and a plyometric box.
