Keysborough College has taken a significant step toward promoting health and fitness among its students with a refurbishment of its gym facilities. Central to this transformation is the 1RM Ebony Cable Machine. The chosen configurations include three functional trainer racks and one cable crossover. One of the functional racks is fully kitted out with a lat pull down seat and a footplate for low rows. Further, the addition of a pegboard ensures that all of the included cable attachments have a home.
The Ebony Cable Machines were selected for their exceptional quality, durability, and adaptability—making them the perfect choice for an educational environment. Designed to withstand high usage while maintaining smooth performance, these machines will remain reliable for years to come. Each machine is configured differently and comes with various attachments, offering both staff and students much-needed variety in class content and training routines.
To complement the cable machines, the gym also features new benches from the 1RM commercial range, including both flat and flat-incline models, as well as new 360 Strength barbells and bumper plates. A double-bay modular storage system was also introduced to keep existing dumbbells, kettlebells, and exercise balls neatly stowed away when not in use.
