Delivery Driver / Equipment Installer

Little Bloke Fitness are looking for someone to work full-time as a Delivery Driver & Equipment Installer. The role will primarily involve delivering gym and fitness equipment to customers across Melbourne, but also include deliveries to regional areas, along with onsite installation of gym and fitness equipment, and some warehousing work.

What’s the role?
As an LBF delivery driver and installer, you’ll safely navigate Melbourne suburbs and beyond to deliver orders and complete installations to our customers during the day. You’ll also help with picking and packing orders, and other warehousing tasks as required.
About You
- Driven and motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to problem solve
- Hands on and mechanically minded. Keen and quick to learn products and installation skills.
In this role, you will be joining our small team, working directly with the warehouse team and reporting to the Operations Manager.
Responsibilities will include:
- Load your allocated van with the day’s deliveries
- Delivery of prepared runs, including complete documentation with the provided app
- Assembly and installation of fitness equipment, from small pieces to complex installations
- Ongoing cleaning and maintenance of vehicles
- Assistance with warehouse duties as required. Including, unloading containers, packing away of stock, picking and packing bulk orders
- Provide exceptional customer service to our valued customers
- Safely operate vehicle and ensure vehicle safety checks are carried out
- Report issues to management and liaise as required.

Skills and Attributes
Working as a part of an enthusiastic team, in a highly competitive industry, you’ll need to be flexible, adaptable and capable of thinking on the fly.
You’ll need:
- A manual Australian Drivers Licence and a safe driving record (you’ll need to consent to undergo both a police history check and driving history check)
- A forklift license preferred, but not essential
- The confidence to safely drive and navigate through busy streets, suburban roads and/or regional areas
- General fitness is important as manual handling of our products is a key part of the role, including some heavy lifting required from time to time.
- A commitment to providing great customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy and pace
- General computing skills
