The 1RM Adductor / Abductor Pin Loaded Machine is a versatile machine designed to strengthen the inner and outer thigh muscles by facilitating both leg adduction (moving legs toward the body's midline) and abduction (moving legs away from the midline) exercises. As one of the fundamental strength training pieces of equipment in gyms today it offers users a dual form of training for precise upper body workouts/upper body strength.

This machine features oversized chain driven cams and sealed bearings for exceptional smooth motion. The pop-pin adjustment system makes it simple to convert the machine from one setting to another, not only adding variety to training but giving users the ability to complete supersets without having to change machines.
