The 1RM Ab / Lower Back Extension Pin Loaded Machine is versatile machine designed to strengthen both the abdominal and lower back muscles by allowing users to perform seated abdominal crunches and back extensions. This pin-select machine combines these two essential movements in one compact design and as one of the fundamental strength training pieces of equipment in gyms today it offers users a dual form of training for precise upper body workouts/upper body strength.

This machine features a pop-pin adjustment system making it simple to convert the machine from one setting to another, not only adding variety to training but giving users the ability to complete supersets without having to change machines.
