This assistance enables individuals to build upper body strength effectively, targeting muscles such as the latissimus dorsi, biceps, triceps, and pectorals, while maintaining proper form throughout the movements. As one of the fundamental strength training pieces of equipment in gyms today it offers users a dual form of training for precise upper body workouts/upper body strength.

This machine features a pop-pin adjustment system making it simple to convert the machine from one setting to another, not only adding variety to training but giving users the ability to complete supersets without having to change machines.
